Personal Statement

In this group assignment, I served as a brand designer and made font design, poster design, LOGO design and other visual tasks.

First of all, I designed a set of fonts based on this song. The reason why I photographed fonts in water is that my theme is related to religion, and I think water is one of the more important elements of religion. I extracted the key words of the lyrics, arranged these key words in the font I designed, and then made an e-book with these key words of the lyrics, and I would make it into a video format.

Then I led the design of our team’s Logo. The Logo was inspired by blood. Drops of blood dripped onto the ground. I drew a lot of sketches based on these shapes, looking for a scheme that could present the theme of the song. In the end, I decided to use the initials of the names of our group members ( DARK) is the main body of the logo, and it is fully combined with the shape of blood to finally design this Logo.

The purpose of grouping homework is to allow every student to actively participate in the homework within a limited time, so that students can develop and build confidence in independent learning, develop good habits, and form effective learning strategies. In my opinion, the biggest advantage of group learning is that it cultivates students’ cooperative spirit, enables them to learn to cooperate with others, and have the ability to cooperate to complete problems. Cooperation is the basic form of human interaction. There is no development in human development that has nothing to do with others.

After grouping, any member of the group is responsible for mastering the teaching content. Only when the enthusiasm of each member is mobilized, can students help each other and cooperate with each other. For example, our comprehensive practical activity class requires a lot of actual data. Such a large amount of work cannot be done by one person. Only by grouping, sharing their responsibilities and sharing the results, can we achieve a win-win situation. The significance of this cooperation far exceeds the learning itself. In addition, group cooperative learning can fully mobilize students’ learning enthusiasm, so that every student has the opportunity to learn actively and innovate. Due to the students’ eagerness and collective sense of honor, they are all spontaneously active to complete the tasks after being assigned. During this period, the students have always been in an active and positive state of mind, so that students have become active learners, researchers, and participants from passive listening, thus having a strong desire to “I want to learn”. Group cooperative learning provides them with a space for independent thinking, discovery and problem-solving, and it can better reflect the status of students as the subject.
